All Season Dry Shampoo with Biotin and Peppermint Oil.  No Water Needed.

Ingredients:  Oat Hulls, Psyllium Husk, Rice Hulls, Corn Starch, Corn Meal, Biotin, and Peppermint Oil.

Directions:  Apply to horse's coat by hand or sprinkle onto a rub rag.  Rub in a circular motion, then brush hair coat with stiff brush.  Use soft brush for clean, shiny coat.
